2- Make a $50 deposit payment here and reserve your meat.
3- After placing a reservation, please call 951-833-1565 to give order details, preferred pick-up time, and to learn about your total amount due.
4- Complete your order by paying off your remaining amount due when you come in to pick up your order.
5. PLEASE NOTE: Pricing is different for each grading of beef - Prime is $46.99 per pound Upper Choice is $29.99 per pound. Please select in the drop down which grading you want and make sure when you check out the in the notes sections you put any details about your order in there i.e. pick up date, weight etc..
